Beer&Food Attraction is the only event of its kind featuring the most comprehensive offer of beers, drinks, food and trends for the Out Of Home globally, in a single show. It is an occasion to meet the business representatives and to show our news about bread and pizza ovens.
During the exhibition, the event PIZZA ARENA will take place, with four days of events focused on the pizza world and its trends, with a number of demonstrations and pizza tastings.
We will take part in many events involving several guests, such as the Pizza-chef Gaetano Magnanelli, the Chef Giandomenico Cappelluti and a number of skilled pizza makers.
February 14th and 15th: Pizza dough with indirect method
Pizza dough with indirect method prepared using natural flour by Molino Benini, cooked in a wood-fired oven by Forni Pavesi Rimini. The event will be presented by the Chef Giandomenico Cappelluti and the Pizza-chef Gaetano Manganelli.
February 15th and 16th: Stirata romana
Quadrifoglio lab presents: tastings of Stirata romana pre-cooked bases with classic toppings.
February 16th: Pizza gourmet
With a perfect match of high-hydration dough – prepared with Molino Benini flour – and high-quality toppings, Chef Giandomenico Cappelluti and Gaetano Manganelli will create fantastic gourmet pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired oven by Forni Pavesi Rimini.
February 17th: Crunchy and creamy
Quadrifoglio lab presents: Tastings of Roman Pizza in pala (pizza in shovel), caramelized with white chocolate cream, robiola cheese and dark chocolate ganache.
February 17th: Bologna meets Rome, passing through Sicily
Quadrifoglio lab presents Pizza in pala (pizza in shovel) tastings with PGI mortadella and Sicilian tosted pistache
February 17th: Neapolitan pizza – alternative dough
The event is focused on pizza dough preparation using alternative flours matched with gourmet toppings, cooked in a wood-fired oven by Forni Pavesi Rimini to created unique gourmet pizzas.
February 18th: Pizza and cocktail
Gaetano Manganelli and Giandomenico Cappelluti will match their special pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven by Forni Pavesi Rimini to the fantastic cocktails by the award-winning bartender Charles Flamminio Bartender.
