THE OVENS Pavesi Rimini conquer France. The Rimini-based company specializing in the construction of artisan wood-fired ovens for pizzerias and bakeries has, in fact, been chosen as the official supplier of the first edition of the “Pizza Royal” championship to be held in Fontainbleau, near Paris tomorrow and Monday.
The Pizza Royal championship, organized by the association PGM (Pizzaioli in Giro per il Mondo) in collaboration with Federpizzaioli, will not only be a competition between the best pizza makers in France and Europe, but a real feast of Pizza. “It is a source of pride and great satisfaction for us,” emphasizes Eros Pavesi, owner of the Forni Pavesi Rimini company, which is based in the district of Corpolò.
