Forni Pavesi Rimini was founded in 1977 by Luciano Pavesi as an artisan family-run company, specialized in the construction of wood-fired ovens. Over the years, the business has been carried on by the sons which decided to continue the tradition that their father had started.

Thanks to the raising demand of the product, the company has been acquiring new customers and now its success has crossed regional as well as national borders.

Nevertheless, Forni Pavesi Rimini preserves the hallmarks which made its success, such as the handcrafting construction and the selection of high-quality raw materials, which go alongside with the study of new solutions and the search for new technologies, in the respect of EC regulations.

For over thirty years the FORNI PAVESI RIMINI builds professional ovens for pizzerias and bakeries, and for private domestic use.

Our bread ovens are handmade in a traditional way, using special extremely compact refractory bricks with a high alumina content.

As standard, bread ovens are built with: open iron base, iron door for two-door mouth closure, embers exhaust hole, steam vent with manual valve, stainless steel hood with round outlet, temperature measurement thermometer.

Why choosing an oven by FORNI PAVESI RIMINI

Our pizza ovens are hand-crafted using special refractory bricks, which are extremely compacts and which contain a high percentage of alumina. The special dimensions of these bricks, which thickness is 120 mm, enable us to customize the oven according to the requirements of every single user.
Usually, the pizza ovens are equipped with: iron base, front opening with iron door, granite slab on the front of the opening, fronton in cast iron, thermometer for temperature measurement.

    The dome
    the construction system of the dome is self-supporting; the bricks of the dome need no supporting structures. Guaranteed for more than 30 years!

    The cooking surface
    composed by 5 different layers, the first is composed by special refractory slabs, The second is composed by special refractory bricks which absorb and then transfer the heat to the first layer. The third and the fourth layer are composed by natural salts and inert natural substances which dry out the humidity contained in pizzas. The fifth layer is made of a special insulating material, which acts as a mirror, reflecting the heat and pushing it upwards.

    The cladding
    The ovens can be cladded according to specific requirements and they can be customized to match the design of the location or to meet the customer taste.

    The opening
    The semicircular opening is proportioned to the oven dimensions. The standard opening has a width of 56 cm, for family pizza or baking tray, but it can be custom made.

    Oven heating
    The oven reaches the working temperature in aproximately 30 minutes .

    Manutenzione
    La cupola non richiede alcuna manutenzione ed ha una durata illimitata. Il piano di cottura, l’elemento normalmente più soggetto all’usura causata dell’abrasione degli attrezzi, può essere facilmente sostituito; mediamente mantiene le sue caratteristiche originali per una decina di anni.
