DURING THE IMPORTANT EVENT THE COMPANY presented A PREVIEW OF THE NEW BREAD OVEN
HOST 2019: GREAT SUCCESS in Milan FOR FORNI PAVESI RIMINI
Forni Pavesi Rimini, the company that boasts more than 40 years of experience and professionalism in the artisan and custom-made production of wood-burning ovens for pizza makers and pizzerias who want to offer pizza with respect for tradition, after a few years of absence returned to Milan for Host 2019 with a great success, receiving the attention of a large public.
“An important exhibition that we could not miss. This year’s event counted a large number of visitors: 200,000. 40% of them came from abroad, and not just for the organization, but also for us,” says Eros Pavesi, owner of Forni Pavesi Rimini, which continues “There were many experts who visited us at our stand during the event, we had the chance to shake hands and present our artisan ovens to a great number of people”.
During the 41st International Hospitality Exhibition held in Milan from October 18th to 22nd, Forni Pavesi Rimini presented an exclusive preview of the New Bread Oven, the first direct-heated bread oven with two internal combustion furnaces.
This model is the result of studies, researches and evaluations carried out by skilled technicians using high quality materials. It offers to the operators the advantage of a faster and easier cleaning of the cooking surface and guarantees great economic saving. The New Bread Oven can be heated using common wood for fireplaces, cut in pieces of 45/55 cm of length; wood of this size is sold on pallets, easy to move and store, and can be found in many department stores or DIY stores.
On the other hand, even Globo model and Tornado Rotating oven have caught the eye of the visitors. The first is a traditional round-shaped oven whose cooking surface made of bricks in natural clay is particularly suitable for Neapolitan pizza cooking. The second, a special model created to guarantee a uniform pizza cooking, has two combustion areas on the sides of the rotating plate and an innovative embers distribution system which ensure heat balance under the cooking even during peak hours. After Host Milan, Forni Pavesi Rimini will be present at SIGEP exhibition in Rimini next January in Hall B7 stand 008.
