Daniele has been in business for 15 years and started when it was still managed by Luciano Pavesi, founder of “Pavesi Luciano” which later became FORNI PAVESI RIMINI.
Daniele takes care of production and the aspect he loves most about his job is when custom-built ovens are built for pizzerias, bakeries and individuals.
The last experience in this sense in Terni together with the owner Eros Pavesi: more than 8 canonical hours a day to deliver to the customer in just over a week two 9Mq bread ovens each!
“We load the truck, we carry everything with it, refractory material – bricks and cement – bases, hoods and doors” commented Daniele, who continues “According to what we have to achieve, we add flues and coatings.
Daniele, who has a strong sense of teamwork and is full of enthusiasm for what he does, reveals his favorite pizza: ham and mushrooms, a classic, rigorously cooked in a wood oven!
His hobby? On sunny days, run around our hinterland or go to Tuscany, Umbria and Abruzzo with your Ducati Monster 695.
