During the 41st International Hospitality Exhibition held in Milan from October 18th to 22nd, Forni Pavesi Rimini presented an exclusive preview of the New Bread Oven, the first direct-heated bread oven with two internal combustion furnaces.<\/b><\/p>\n
This model is the result of studies, researches and evaluations carried out by skilled technicians using high quality materials. It offers to the operators the advantage of a faster and easier cleaning of the cooking surface and guarantees great economic saving. The New Bread Oven can be heated using common wood for fireplaces, cut in pieces of 45\/55 cm of length; wood of this size is sold on pallets, easy to move and store, and can be found in many department stores or DIY stores.<\/span><\/p>\n On the other hand, even Globo model and Tornado Rotating oven have caught the eye of the visitors. The first is a traditional round-shaped oven whose cooking surface made of bricks in natural clay is particularly suitable for Neapolitan pizza cooking.
