After a few years of absence which have seen our engagement in the production and distribution of ovens for pizzerias and bakeries in the Italian and European market, we come back to\u00a0Host\u00a02019<\/strong>, the world’s leading exhibition dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality held at Fiera Milano from October 18th\u00a0to 22nd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our participation is particularly important as HostMilano is the world leading trade fair for professional operators in the business of catering and hospitality.<\/p>\n

HostMilano, which will be at its 41st\u00a0edition, provides the opportunity to showcase everything a successful bar or restaurant needs, from raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to tableware. The fair also provides an attentive look towards future trends.<\/p>\n

In our dedicated space (bakery pizza and pasta sector)\u00a0HALL 3 Booth R63<\/strong> we will present:<\/p>\n

GLOBO<\/a>, the typical Napolitan wood-fired oven with a round shape. It is built on a circular iron base and its exterior with plasterboard coating is ready for the application of any painting or cladding. Like the other ovens it can be also built in the gas or pellets version.<\/p>\n

Our bread ovens<\/strong><\/a>, designed following the specific requirements of the customers. They are tailored on the customer\u2019s needs and they can be built in different versions: with doors for traditional loading or for automatic loaders.<\/p>\n

The TORNADO ROTATING OVEN<\/a>, born to ensure consistency during pizza cooking. The oven has two combustion areas, located at the two sides of the rotating plate.<\/p>\n
