Bread Oven

The BREAD OVENS are designed to suit every need. Among the optional accessories of the bread ovens:

  • construction of oven door for bread loaders or installation of guillotine door in cast iron;
  • construction of a second door, lateral or rear, for wood loading or for embers removal;
  • if necessary installation of external combustion furnace;
  • installation of a steamer for moisture and semi-automatic systems for the ashes cleaning;

The bread oven can have the same aesthetic characteristics of both the model NAPOLI and of the model QUADRO.
The bread ovens are all custom-made

  • from 3 sqm up to 12 sqm with doors for bread loaders
  • from 3 sqm up to 20 sqm with doors for shovel

The bread ovens can be heated both in the traditional way inserting the wood directly in the cooking chamber, or with burners (pellets, hazelnut shells, almonds or olive husks and also with gas burners) with digital control. We carry out repairs and replacements of cooking surfaces and renovation of old wood-fired ovens.
The company offers to its customers in its own headquarters in Corpolò (RN), a baking workshop where they can directly try to make and bake bread or pizza and where one can appreciate the quality and the characteristics of wood-fired ovens.
